METHOD

  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Boomers as a preference)

  • 100g True Instant Oats

  • 1 scoop Matcha Green Tea Powder

  • 100g mixed berries

  • 200g Greek or coconut yoghurt

  • 1 raw baby beetroot, chopped

  • 250ml coconut water

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
