CADA (Coconut, Almond, Dates and Apples)

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • C: 100 g fresh coconut meat, cut in 2-3 cm pieces or 2-3 heaped Tbsp dried coconut shreds – see tips

  • A: 1 apple, stem removed, cut in quarters including peel, seeds and core

  • D: 4 small or 2 large dried dates, pips removed

  • A: 10 almonds
  1. Use a blender to chop all ingredients together until they are finely chopped.
  2. Serve CADA straight away with your choice of fresh berries or soft fruits, yoghurt and seeds or enjoy on its own.
